Going Agile! is a dynamic "snack class" part of an Agile project management series taught by a certified and practicing ScrumMaster. All classes are held at KU Edwards Campus (Overland Park, KS) and taught in the evenings from 6 p.m - 9 p.m. Beverages and light snacks provided for students.
In Part 1 of this intense snack series, Going Agile!, students learn first about the similarities and differences in the triad of popular project methodologies today within organizations: Waterfall, Agile, Prince2. Most organizations are practicing one of these project methodologies so the question remains: What does it take to make a successful transition to an Agile project methodology?
