We're thrilled to welcome American Airlines at our Feb. breakfast! Jon Bird is American's Creative Manager for Social Media. Unlike many social media pros who have a basis in marketing or PR, he is a creative at heart with a background in fine art, animation and video production. He will reflect on highlights of 2011 at American—marketing initiatives, social CRM and crisis management—and look ahead to 2012.
Please note a $5 fee will be collected at the door on Fri. morning, payable w/ cash or credit. Attendance is limited to 100, so please sign up on EventBrite. When you register, specify if you'll be eating breakfast ($8.50 + drinks) so that enough food is prepared. Thanks for your support!
