You picked a topic, so be prepared to bring something to show!
Lets keep it simple.
Say what the problem was. Like the obvious, "we wanted our site to look good on mobile"
What will be different then a regular tech talk, is then say how you solved it from a UX perspective.
Bring something to show so we can discuss. Lets keep it to 10 minutes to show, and 10 minutes for QA on each design.
Bring it on! No really, bring your design. ;)
