Resurrecting the Kansas City Atlassian User Group

In February 2012, we had our first Kansas City Atlassian User Group (KCAUG) meeting. In the kick-off we covered what tools we used, what topics we were interested in, and how we should meet going forward. We had hopes to schedule a second meeting to dive down into the most wanted topics, but it never happened.
2013 is a new year and a new KCAUG! We are wanting to resurrect the meetings and pick up where we left off. We want to start an active collaborative community of Atlassian Users in the Kansas City Metro.
When: Friday, March 8th 2013 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Where: The DST Conference Center is located at 1055 Broadway, Kansas City MO 64105. Parking information will be posted soon.
Parking and Building Access: Attendees can park in the 10 Central parking garage located at 1016 Central Street. The parking garage entrance is located off the intersection of 10th and Broadway (Northeast Corner- Next to the Quality Hill Playhouse). Enter the garage and take a ticket. Exit the parking garage using the west stairwell. You will exit the parking garage on to the circle driveway in front of the 1055 Broadway building. Check-in at the security desk, someone will be there to greet you.
Note: You will be given a validation ticket to return to the parking garage attendant upon your departure.
What’s The Agenda?
Here is a tentative agenda for the meeting:
    • Registration and Welcome
    • Information Sharing on JIRA Implementation and Usage
      • We will want each participant to provide a brief summary on their usage of the JIRA tool. Things to include:
      • JIRA Version
      • Business Usage or Purpose
      • Any plugin customizations
      • Provide your #1 Pro and Con for the tool
    • Case Study on Consolidated Confluence Environment
    • Determine Location, Date and Topics for Next Meeting
