Attendees will gain an understanding of the history, structure and process of the Scaled Agile Framework (www.scaledagileframework.com)


Overview

This presentation will help the executives, managers, and agile change agents responsible for leading Agile | Lean initiatives in larger software enterprises understand what the Scaled Agile Framework is and how it might help their organizations take the benefits they see at the team level and apply to the program and enterprise levels.

This will be a lunch and learn session.  Pierpont's has agreed to support Agile KC by providing a limited fixed price menu to the group.  Seating will be limited so please make sure you register for the event and if your circumstances change before the 13th, please cancel your order.

The restaurant will provide separate checks for the attendees.  Lunch will be around fifteen dollars per person plus tip and gratuity.  Guests will be responsible for paying for their own lunch.

 

About the Speaker

Martin Olson is a principal at Silicon Prairie Solutions and has over 20 years experience as a software engineer, information technology consultant, and agile|lean coach.   Martin is a Scaled Agile Practicing Consultant (SPC) and has been facilitating Agile Release Train Quick Starts for his clients as well as assisting them in keeping their initiatives progressing.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Kansas.  Martin can be contacted at [email protected]
