Location
Centriq
Training 8700 State Line Rd. Suite 200 Leawood KC 66206
Meeting Topic:
How to implement agile development for production support
Meeting Learning
Agile
development increases the velocity at which new features and bugs are fixed.
But the more things change, the more bugs that get created in the process. The
importance of detecting and resolving those production problems quickly is
discussed. IT needs to be more proactive than reactive when it comes to
monitoring apps and developers need better troubleshooting tools for
production. Many development teams struggle to reproduce and fix production
application problems quickly. Best practices and tips will be discussed.
Meeting Description
Last
year Matt Watson of Stackify presented on the topic supporting applications at
scale in real time. It was a well-received presentation and provided a
lot of value. A year later the topic is even more relevant and Matt has
even more to share. If you joined us last time, you know what to
expect. If you weren’t able to make it last year, you’ll want to
hear what Matt has to share. So grab some co-workers and join
us Thursday. This meeting will have something to offer the whole team;
developers, testers, support, management and leadership.
