Meeting Description
As Agile takes hold in more IT shops around Kansas City, team interplay has become a hot topic of interest amongst practitioners and adopters. This evolving emphasis on “Individuals and Interactions overs Processes and Tools” demands levels of collaboration which in turn require a greater understanding of team dynamics.
This book is one that a number of Agile departments have read and are attempting to integrate into their daily practices.
You don’t have to read this book to participate in the conversation!
Agilehood KC’s (http://kc.agilehood.org/) Jenny Tarwater and Brett Gibson will conver the topics presented by Lencioni and facilitate a discussion with these ideas. Dr. Jared Lock will also be present to discuss how these concepts have been pulled from the field of Industrial Psychology-with tips on their practical application in your workplace.
