This presentation will focus on how to get developers and operations working together to support production applications. Both have a different role in supporting apps, but they have many of the same needs when it comes to the data, access, and tools needed to ensure their applications are running properly. It will further discuss developer needs around troubleshooting application problems and how operations can help get developers more involved.
