    Keith Molzer, Flyover Capital

    Keith is General Partner of Flyover Capital, a Kansas City based venture fund that invests in seed-stage growth companies in the Midwest.

    Keith has been an entrepreneur more than 25 years and started a variety of companies in the Kansas City region. For the last eleven years, Keith served as Founder and CEO of Balance Innovations, the leading developer of cash office software solutions for the retail industry. Keith founded the company in 2004 and has led it through its growth from a staff of five and several hundred installs to a multi-product company with more than 75 team members and 8,500 contracted installations in North America.

    Keith is active with many local startups as an angel investor and currently has eight active investments. Keith was awarded Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010 and has received the Kansas City Champions of Business award three times. Keith currently sits on the board of Balance Innovations and KCNext and serves as the Network and Communications chair for the Kansas City chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

As a result of all these efforts, he has developed strong connections in the local civic and startups communities.
