I've recently returned to PHP for a project from a long sojourn in .NET land and would love to discuss stateless programming, PHP's somewhat bizarre scoping rules, and just what makes an OOP language OO.
Other topics to consider would be Go, which seems to increasingly the systems programming language of choice, node.js, the value of code camps, professional certifications, and anyone's experiences using Git and Github.
