Shashank Daté - mruby
mruby is the lightweight implementation of the Ruby language complying to (part of) the ISO standard. Its syntax is Ruby 1.9 compatible. It can be easily embedded within C/C++ applications and the resulting binary can be executed on resource constrained devices. In this talk, Shashank will demonstrate the process of building mruby from source, with a few examples of embedding and running small applications on Raspberry Pi Zero. We will also see how it compares with Lua.
