Meeting Learning: 

One of the critical roles on any well-functioning Agile team is that of the Product Owner.   More than simply being accountable for the team backlog, the PO is often times the “explainer of value” and the “voice of customer” or “the business’ representative to the team”.   This month’s meeting will help the group unfold and better understand the dynamics of being a Product Owner.

Meeting Description

Following the pattern of our May meeting, this month’s session will be a Product Owner Round Table.  PO’s from various companies in the metro area will explain what has worked, what has not and what they have learned along the way.
