Topic: Database Unit Testing
Sarb Singh will be presenting on the topic of Database Unit Testing. As in the application development world, the database unit tests help identify code defects that might cause incorrect database behavior. The database unit tests and application tests can be run as part of an automated suite of tests. The overall objective is to improve efficiency and reduce common coding errors. 
About Sarb:
Sarb Singh is a Database Engineer at SAIC. He has been working with databases for over 15 years. Having developed desktop, web & mobile applications and worked with search engine & open source (& third party api) technologies on a wide array of platforms / databases / methodologies / architectures in the past, his focus area has been SQL Server for over 8 years now. At this point, Sarb is all about data-intensive projects involving ETL (SSIS+), Reports (SharePoint & Native SSRS), Security (PII, masking, obfuscation) , Standards - Compliance - Processes, Instrumentation and Cloud/Power BI.
Please note, this will be an afternoon meeting.
