Bring your laptop and join the KC Xamarin Developers Group for our first hands-on lab building a Xamarin Forms application from scratch! To get the most out of this meetup you'll need Visual Studio -- the free Community Edition is just fine! -- with the Xamarin components installed (or Xamarin Studio Community, Pro, or Enterprise on Mac OS X). To make sure you have your computer set up correctly please walk through the Xamarin Forms quickstart tutorial to verify that you can run the PhoneWord app (or just download the completed code from Github).
