Calling all coaches looking for a safe space to practice, this is it! The purpose of this group is to provide a venue for coaches (regardless of job title) to practice coaching tools and skills, debrief challenges and share learnings. Organizational or individual coaches, managers/leaders, team coaches/Scrum Masters are all welcome. We do ask that members come with some knowledge of coaching whether from attending courses, reading books (recommendations can be provided) or participation in certification programs.

What is a coach? A coach is a skilled person that partners with "coachees" in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires both individuals and organizations to maximize their potential.

Vision: Coaching is integral part of developing individuals and organizations.

Mission: To foster and grow the coaching community by providing a space where skills and tools can be practiced and support is provided by other coaches.
