The next Agile KC meeting will be Thursday October 26, 2017
at 6:30 PM at Centriq Training. Visit www.agilekc.org
for a map and to register.
Meeting Topic: How
Strong is your Agile Foundation?
Meeting Learning:
The Agile Manifesto and 12 supporting Principles are our
foundation. Building upon these ideas should provide us a decent opportunity
for success. For many, however, these ideas and beliefs remain elusive
and are just theories; we SHOULD work with the business every day (#4)
but our customer is not available, etc. We'll dive into discussion on how
to strengthen your foundation as well as provide you some techniques to have
all 12 principles memorized by the time you leave. Why take the time to
memorize them? You'll see..... Come join us!
Description:
Using some fun learning techniques, you'll memorize all
twelve principles and discuss why these are important to us as Agilists. This
will be an interactive session that is sure to be a lot of fun.
A key component that of the Agile manifesto is the team:
small, autonomous, cross-functional teams focused on the customer and the
service provided. If you or your organization are struggling to create and
support Lean | Agile teams this session is for you. Come join us!
