This is a great class for both children (10 years or older) AND adults who are interested in electronics or programming with Arduino, and want to learn how to make LEDs blink, program buttons, or use sensors.
Price: $45/kit (adults can accompany children in this class at no extra charge)
All materials included. Please bring your laptop for coding.
Course objectives:
Learn to solder surface mount components
Learn to solder through hole components--Learn to program digital outputs (blink lights)
Learn to program digital inputs (button)
Learn to program analog outputs (fading lights)
Learn to program analog inputs (light sensor)

Solder the Hammes Hacks Intro to Arduino Shield --Program the Arduino!
What to bring:
Laptop to write programs
Glasses if you need them to read a book or look at a projector
