Join GDG Kansas City and learn about making apps for the Google Assistant and Actions on Google platform.
This is a two-part series, starting with beginner-level information then we will build upon topics and ideas to create a real action for the Google Assistant with more advanced interactions.
After the series, if you choose to, you'll have a chance to present an app using all the things you've learned to win prizes and bragging rights!

Actions For Your Community Competition
This series will teach you how to build great actions for the Google Assistant. Take a stab at building your own! If you attend at least one of the Actions meetups, present your masterpiece for a chance to win prizes!
The rules are simple: it has to be your creation (or a team) and that's it! It can be anything, but if possible, something that benefits the community (you can use any definition of "community").
Presentations will be at our Google I/O Roundup on May. Anyone that wants can present the app they built for a chance to win prizes and bragging rights!
