Each month we meet in a workshop environment to plan and apply lean methods to existing or potential lean projects. We discuss value propositions, planning, possible experiments, validated learning, planning or previewing MVPs (minimum viable products). Where possible we can review measurements or validated learning from prior discussions.
Goals: (1) Become better lean practitioners by using a workshop environment to apply lean principles to members existing, potential or hypothetical projects; (2) learn, understand and discuss some aspect of lean that our members can incorporate into their own projects, jobs or ventures; and (3) meet and work with others interested in learning lean principles.
Membership in the group is free. Attendance at the meetings is free. Please RSVP so we can plan ahead on space and seating.
