Presentation:    Split the Whole Into its Parts

Description:  Creating many unit roster files as PDF … and automatically naming them by unit AND e-mailing to the appropriate unit leader. This is done using VBA coding. If we have time, sending data to Excel … putting different information on the tabs and naming the tabs automatically. 

Presenter Bio: Since the early 2000s, Susie has developed and used many database applications for her various roles with Girl Scouts. This includes several roles with GS Day Camp, where she developed and uses Access based applications for transportation logistics, cookout planning, unit scheduling, and registration for upwards of 400 registrants at a time.
