KC's premier book club for entrepreneurs is back again!
October's Book: WTF: What's The Future and Why It's Up To Us - by Tim O'Reilly.
With Teckweek here this week from October 8th - 12th, we wanted to align our readings with one of the guests: Tim O'Reilly. Tim will be at The Midland to speaking this Thursday.
> If you want to get $100 off an Executive ticket for the Techweek to bring the cost down to about $50, do so here:

Tim is the founder and CEO of O'Reilly Media, Inc. O'Reilly Media delivers online learning, publishes books, runs conferences, urges companies to create more value than they capture, and tries to change the world by spreading and amplifying the knowledge of innovators.

Even if you don't have a chance to read the (whole) book, you're welcome to come to join in the conversation, pick up some pearls from the book, brainstorm, chat about other good books and podcasts, and meet other entrepreneurs.
Format: Mingling starts at 5:00 pm; book discussion around 5:15p, and everyone will be free to go (or keep mingling!) at 6:00p so you can get home to families and dinner all the other things that make for a well balanced life. We will meet on the 4th Wednesday of every month through the next year and will pick out next month's book at the conclusion of each Readtable.
Questions? Let us know. Otherwise we'll see you there!
(Aaaaand hopefully also at KC Roundtable at the Eggtc. on Main every 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 7:30am!)
Past books: Predictably Irrational by Dr. Dan Ariely, The Go Giver Influencer by Bob Burg, Measure What Matters by John Doerr, Start with Why by Simon Sinek, etc.
Cheers!
