This will be a brainstorming session about the experiences all of us are having where redesign of a system, space or better use of technology could enhance the overall experience. The group has grown to over 125 members, times that by experiences-this will not be enought time, but we can get started. Feel free to post topics, even if you are not able to attend the meeting and I take notes and pdf for later reading.
