Elixir is well known for its concurrency and parallel processing capabilities. During this presentation we will explore how these capabilities can be utilized for a physically based graphics rendering system. We will discuss some basic fundamentals of physically based graphics systems and how the rendering algorithm was implemented using Elixir.
