The Magic Ball Game allows people to learn experientially about empirical process control, inspection and adaption and self organisations in a really fun, interactive way. We took the physical Ball Point Game and created a remote version :-)

Joanne Perold will be our facilitator for this event!

This remote version was created by :

Kirsten Clacey - TheRemote Coaches
Jay Allen Morris - TheRemote Coaches
Greg Keegan - agile coach @ agile42
Joanne Perold - agile coach and trainer @agile42

Note: Zoom link will be provided one day before the event.

Joanne Perold

Joanne hails from South Africa and is passionate about helping teams and organisations to improve how they work and how they work together. Complexity thinking and Satir coaching are two of her other passions. She is a Certified Scrum Trainer and path to CSP educator.

This session will also be facilitated by one of TheRemote Coaches: Jay-Allen Morris or Kirsten Clacey. They are the co-authors of The Remote Facilitator's Pocket Guide, speak at conferences worldwide, consult to teams and organizations, and have an online course on Remote Facilitation.
