<p><b>Automated Jira Admin Service Desk </b>- This talk focuses on how to use automation to provide immediate value to customers in Jira Service Desk. The Automated Jira Admin Service Desk is a free solution written for Power Scripts that provides a self-serve Service Desk portal that performs the most common Jira admin tasks automatically.</p><p><b>Reports, Metrics &amp; Dashboards</b> - This talk focuses on how reports and metrics can be effectively used to quickly consume complex data such as the health of your Jira instance. It demonstrates Health Reports, a free solution written for Power Scripts and Power Dashboard Gadgets and Reports, a framework for creating custom reports and dashboards.</p><p><br></p><h3>We will be using a Teams Meeting for this event.
