Zoe Moore is leading the dialogue around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion in the meetings, events, and tourism industry. As co-producer, The State of Events podcast and co-founder of CADAZO Consulting Group, she is using her platforms to help leaders achieve supplier diversity, inclusive organizational culture, and diverse representation in leadership.<br/>

The first program for CADAZO will be a video series, aligned workshops, and corporate leadership training programs for inclusion and diversity in the vendor supply chain and partner ecosystem.
Carolynn has over forty years of business experience in Small and Enterprise organizations. Carolynn started out managing a small business in the automotive industry and has built her career with a business background, knowledge, and hands-on experience in Property Management, Life Insurance, Retail, Catering &amp; Restaurants, Pharmaceutical and High Technology.
While working in Silicon Valley she spent over fifteen years in global event and meeting planning; organizing and executing meetings, large-scale events, third-party trade shows, conferences, and incentive travel programs; organizing everything from a small business launch to corporate events on a global scale for 22,000 attendees.<br/>
