What is Agile and how is it used in the everyday life of a dev? Agile, Scrum, Kanban... words you might have heard as related to software development but what do they mean? These concepts may sound like strange jargon, but they are common in tech workplaces and can unlock a team's productivity if done well. We'll teach you the basics of the Agile methodology and get into some of the day-to-day specifics.
