You see Scrum and other Agile frameworks being utilized across corporate America. From start-ups to the largest corporations, some form of Agile is being utilized. Most Agile journeys start and get stuck within an IT department. What is enterprise or business agility? Is it really a scaled framework across IT, or can it be much more?
First and foremost, Agile is a mindset – a way of thinking; and a set of practices – a way working. The fundamentals can be applied anywhere for success.
Explore how Agile thinking and practices can be used effectively across every team in an organization in 'non-traditional' areas. Legal, Marketing, Personal Bankers, Risk Management, Sales, Auditing, Corporate Finance etc.
Hear accounts of Agile in the home, school, hospitals, restaurants and non-profit organizations enabling successful delivery of customer value.
