Stephen Kerrigan will talk about ROC curves. This is a supplement to Ben Rogers talk on logistic regression. Jeffrey Girard will talk about using the Linux version of RStudio Server on a Windows 10 computer using the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL2). This is helpful for developers who want to check their packages across platforms and for those use cases where Linux features (e.g., parallelization) are desired by a Windows 10 user. We are full for this month but need speakers for future months. I am looking for volunteers to give talks of roughly 20 minutes each on topics related to R.
