A sister Meetup group in Austin, TX is holding this event. This is still a tricky time for public gatherings, but Future of Data is committed to providing great tech content & facilitating discussions in the biig data space. This will be an exclusively online event that will be held in the Central Daylight Time (CDT) zone. We thought this meetup might be of interest to our membership (you are welcome to sign up for it here).

For an organization to become more data-driven, insights from the data warehouse must always arrive "on time". That means the data can be no more than a few seconds old, and query execution times should be fast enough to fit into the speed of human thought - regardless of complexity or type. Furthermore, the teams building these applications must deliver them "on time", to keep up with the needs of the business.
During this meetup we will discuss the concepts and practices involved in building and maintaining enterprise OLAP systems in a way that is scalable and high performance, even with large volumes of data.
Using Apache Kudu+Impala for a "Real Time" data warehouse you can get your analytics "on time", no matter which way you define it. Join this meetup to find out how!
