As in years past, we are offering early bird pricing for KCDC tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the start of the event.
That means you have until August 15 to head over to our ticket site and secure your spot. Full-day and half-day workshops are Wednesday, September 15, and breakout sessions are Thursday and Friday, September 16-17. |

KCDC AGENDA ANNOUNCED 
We have another great set of speakers this year and you can view the agenda here.
KCDC's presentations will cover many great topics: Cloud, Security, Project Management, Testing and QA, UI and UX, and of course many great sessions on popular programming languages including C#, JavaScript, and Java!
KCDC IS STILL IN-PERSON!   
We are committed to holding KCDC as an in-person event this year, September 15-17, at the Kansas City Convention Center.
Virtual conferences have played an important role during the pandemic, giving us an opportunity to learn and connect the world over, and they will continue to have a role to play going forward beyond the pandemic. However, virtual events cannot fully replace the in-person experience.
Getting a chance to come together as a community, meeting and talking with speakers in-person, learning and growing together, and enjoying the random and spontaneous "hallway track" conversations—none of this has been replicated in the virtual world.
So don't miss your opportunity to attend KCDC where you can reconnect with old friends and make new ones! |

COVID Policy 
Unfortunately, COVID is not done with us yet, and the current numbers suggest it won't be going away too soon. While we cannot wait to be together in person with everyone again, we are also committed to protecting the health of our attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers. In response, we are updating our COVID policies in accordance with CDC, federal, state, and local guidelines. This includes:- *ALL* attendees will be required to wear masks indoors while attending KCDC at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn over the mouth and nose. This is in accordance with public health recommendations and current mandates from the City of Kansas City.
- We strongly recommend all attendees who are eligible and medically able to obtain full vaccination before attending. We are about six weeks out from KCDC 2021, so there is still time!
Refund Policy 
KCDC is and has always been a community-run, not-for-profit event. The vast majority of your ticket price goes to per-person costs such as catering, swag, etc. As a result, the closer we come to the event, the more non-refundable obligations we incur based upon anticipated numbers. For this reason, we have the following policy with respect to cancellation and refund requests:- Tickets to KCDC 2021 are non-refundable within thirty (30) days of the event.
- If you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior to the event, you will have the option of carrying your registration forward to KCDC 2022.
- If you cancel within 15 days of the event, you are not eligible for a refund or a 2022 carryover, and your registration only be transferred to another colleague or friend for KCDC 2021.
