Whether you need to groom an Agile product backlog, manage and share spreadsheets, document process and data flow diagrams (like a systems development life cycle diagram), put together how-to documentation / SOP protocols, there are plenty of tools out there to help. In this presentation, we’ll touch on tools any good BA will want to have in their back pocket for their next project.
